<p>随着夏季的到来,气温的升高,皮肤分泌油脂增多,尤其是油性肤质的人,皮肤在夏季会变得更加油腻。以下四点饮食建议,有助于皮肤有效控油:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>少吃含油高的食物</strong>:如红烧肉、五花肉、梅菜扣肉等高脂菜肴应适量减少。</li>
<li><strong>坚果要适量</strong>:坚果虽能健脑养肤,但油脂含量较高,建议每天摄入量控制在10克左右。</li>
<li><strong>不建议吃高糖食物</strong>:高糖食物如冰淇淋、雪糕等不仅易伤脾胃,而且糖分在体内转化为脂肪,过多脂肪堆积可能导致肥胖。</li>
